Kindly read these terms and conditions carefully, it would be treated as a deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions on making payment of services. M/s UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited reserves all the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. It is the responsibility of the User to have read the terms and conditions. This document is an electronic document that complies with the Information Technology Act 2000 and regulations governing the way electronic information is used and modified. This electronic document is created by a computer and does not require a physical or digital signature. This document has been published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Agents Guidelines and Code of Ethics for Digital Media) Act 2021, which requires publication of the Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions of Access or Use UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). If you do not want to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, you must not use the UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited Services. User includes persons such as father, mother, brother, sister, relative or a friend ("Registrant") of the prospective bride/ bridegroom.” UrbanMatch” refers to UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited. “User” or “member” refers to User & member using services of UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited.

2. Scope:

UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited is a online & offline matrimonial company that constantly strives to provide you with the best service till the user (Paid member) is married this may include but is not limited to profile assessment, match suggestions, date arrangements, and advice on relationships scheduling private meet-ups, sending personalized hand-picked matches, and virtual video calls. It is understood that while these services are offered, the success of the matchmaking process ultimately depends on factors such as destiny and luck hence does not guarantee a match hence amount charged will be non-refundable & non-transferrable and can also be not adjusted against any other services provided by our company. Once a payment is successfully made, UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited will not entertain any request for refund/reversal of the paid amount. Further, no charge back claims against the UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited shall be allowable to any user under any circumstances. Payment made will be in accordance with the prevailing RBI guidelines. This privacy statement applies to all matrimonial websites/apps/Services operated by UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited.
Because we are committed to protecting your privacy, we have created a Privacy Statement for the information we collect from you. You agree that you voluntarily publish the information. By accessing/using the website/app/Services and/or providing your information, you consent to the collection, use, sharing, storage and processing of the information you disclose on the website/app/Services. User understands and acknowledges that UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited acts as an "Intermediary" as defined under clause (1) sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. UrbanMatch is a brand owned by UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited which owns, retains and has complete rights in UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited and the UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited Website /App/ UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited Services. 

3. Eligibility: As a user of UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited, you confirm that you are:
a) Age 22 and over (if you are female) or age 24 and over (if you are male);
b) If you have filed for divorce, you can register on our website/app/Services .
c) If you reside in another country, you have the right to abide by the local laws applicable in your country and are subject to the laws of India regarding marriage with citizens of India.
d) In case you are a Registrant of the prospective bride/ bridegroom and have created a profile with UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited Website/App/Services on behalf of them or are accessing the UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited Website/App/Services on behalf of them implies that you have taken their consent for their profile creation in UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited and for accessing the UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited Website/App/Services.

4. Registration:
a) We expect you to complete the registration process fairly and honestly, provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information, and provide a current photo of you to help complete your request. We recommend that you read the relevant text before accessing the content, selecting the available options, or uploading images. Please do not enter your profile information in fields other than valid fields (such as specifying your identity on other platforms/websites/applications or repeating your information elsewhere after typing once in fields or other images). Better, if UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited needs more details, you agree to provide them. You can contact one of our subject numbers and allow us to help you register on our website/app information. You can also contact us at the phone number that appears on our various websites; meanwhile, you may receive a call from us to assist you on our website/app. Register your profile. 
b) If at any time UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited learns that the information (including images) or other information you provide for registration is false, inaccurate or incomplete, or is notified by a third party or has reason to believe so, UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited is the owner of all information. The right to suspend or terminate your UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited membership (without notice) and to withdraw the UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited membership fee paid by you and refuse to provide UrbanMatch Tech Private Services Limited to you.
c) Organizations, companies, businesses, and/or individuals in similar or competing businesses will not be members of UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited and will not use the services of UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited or the information of UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited members for business purposes, and UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited will not comply with these obligations. In case of violation, the right to take legal action is reserved.

5. Service packages: Our matrimony company offer a range of service packages, each with its unique benefits and services. We encourage you to thoroughly explore the advantages of each package before making your purchase decision.

6. Account security: You are responsible for restricting access to your computer/mobile number to protect the confidentiality of your UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited login information (user ID, password, OTP, etc.) and to prevent unauthorized access to your account. As a company, we will not ask you for your password or OTP, please be careful not to share your password with anyone. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

7. UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited role & responsibility: 
a) UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited does not prohibit any UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited user from posting interest in your profile or contacting you as their preferred partner. 
b) UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited cannot guarantee that user data will be fully protected during transfer and cannot prevent third parties from interfering with the data before it reaches UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited.

8. Roles & responsibilities of user:

a) Before choosing your partner, please verify the eligibility of another user, pay attention to their personal information (marriage, education, financial situation, job, personality, health, etc.), and meet your own needs. UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited accepts no liability for any loss resulting from any of its users making a false statement.Users of UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited are advised not to:

i. Make all kinds of financial transactions with other users. Members of UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited are not permitted to seek or provide financial assistance to other users of UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited
ii. Using abusive language while chatting with other UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited users.
iii. Discrimination or use of racial slurs etc.
iv. Sharing confidential and personal information, including, but not limited to, sharing bank information, etc.
v. Have a physical relationship with any potential partner before marriage.
vi. Violating existing laws.
vii. Mention details of other matrimonial services when sending personal messages.

b) If a member of UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited neglects to update their profile information on the UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited website, app, or services, UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited reserves the right to suspend their membership at its own discretion.
c) UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited members are required to either delete their profiles themselves or notify UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited for the removal of their profile upon finalization of their Registrant's marriage.
d) UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited members shall only make payment to account of UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited.
e) UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited members hereby give their consent to receive communications, including promotional messages, through various means such as email, phone calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages from UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited or other platforms owned by UrbanMatch or their affiliated partners.
f) UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited, through its automated system, sends member profiles to prospects in the form of images, documents, messages, or links. UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited members confirm that the mobile number provided for verification, or any alternative number if provided, is not registered with the Do Not Disturb (DND) or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). They also acknowledge that even if they are registered with a telecom service provider under the DND/NCPR category, calls from UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited, whether to the verified mobile number or an alternative number if provided, will not be considered promotional calls.
g) UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited members bear full responsibility for their communications (through any means) with prospects or vice versa. UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited explicitly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any financial transactions, exchanges, interactions, or sharing of information between UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited members via email, chat, interactions, WhatsApp, or any other communication medium, whether on the website, app, or otherwise.
h) UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited is not obligated to monitor disputes that may arise between its members, and it shall not become a party to any such disputes, litigation, or related matters.
i) UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited does not act as a broker or agent for any of its members, and it does not participate in discussions or outcomes of discussions between UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited members and prospects.

9. Arbitration, Enforcement & Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Jurisdiction. The laws of India shall be only applicable. The parties must negotiate and not resolve on their own. We are ready to resolve all disputes recommend that you contact us before proceeding with arbitration. Let's assume that the dispute is not resolved within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the dispute. In such cases, these disputes can only be resolved by an arbitrator in accordance with the provisions of the The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We will elect an arbitrator. Judicial proceedings will be conducted in English. All the services availed from the company shall be deemed to be availed & entered into within Jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

10. Content right: 

A. You acknowledge that all content of UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited belongs to UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited, except for your own or third-party content, including advertisements on the Website/App/Resources for which UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited has the necessary license/right to display on its Website/App.
B. You understand that you are solely responsible and liable for the content, information, including profile details, photographs, and other content you provide on our website/App/Services. This includes all content entered in the relevant fields of the Website/App when creating your UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited profile or subsequently modifying it. You also affirm that you either own all rights, title, and interest in your content/information or possess the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to provide this content/information. By submitting this content/information to UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited, you grant UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, publish, communicate to the public, share with law enforcement agencies and courts, and utilize for UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited's business and services. This includes, but is not limited to, promoting, communicating to the public, and redistributing part or all of the content/information (and derivative works thereof) in any media format and through any media channels.
C. Although UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited does not have an obligation to monitor the content/information in your profile, if any content/information is found to be non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions, UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited may delete the content/information and/or terminate or suspend your registration without refund as per the terms outlined in clauses of these terms and conditions. You agree that, if necessary, UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited may, at its sole discretion, restrict communication between any UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited member and other members.
D. UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions under prevailing laws against individuals who infringe upon its proprietary rights. This includes unauthorized copying, modification, publication, transmission, distribution, performance, display, or sale of proprietary information, even for commercial purposes, in any manner whatsoever.

11. Termination:

a) Notwithstanding any provisions stated herein, UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited retains the absolute authority to remove, in any manner it deems appropriate, any content from any profile listing posted on the UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited website/App (once such instance comes to UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited's attention). This is done to ensure that proper consent has been obtained by you, to verify prima facie accuracy, and to comply with prevailing laws in effect at the time. These laws, especially those pertaining to the prohibition of posting obscene, libelous, blasphemous, slanderous, defamatory, or invasive content that infringes upon another person's (deceased or alive) right to privacy or publicity, or that may reasonably be considered harmful, vulgar, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or objectionable with regard to race, religion, creed, nationality, gender, or any other criterion, or content that suggests or encourages unfair or illegal/indecent, unlawful activity.

b) UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited also reserves the right to block, delete, or suspend profiles that are offensive, illegal, or may violate the rights, or harm or threaten the safety of our office bearers/employees (including inappropriate communication with any employee) and/or other registered prospects. This includes using our UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited website/App for communication while sending messages to other UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited members regarding their profile identity on other matrimonial websites.

c) UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited reserves the right, in good faith, to terminate your membership with UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited or suspend/delete your profile at our sole discretion without prior notice, and to take appropriate actions as outlined in the Terms and Conditions, if you:

I. Attempt to solicit physical or financial favors from other registered UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited members.
II. Provide incorrect information on our website/App.
III. Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or illegal activities through the use of our website/App.
IV. Violate these Terms and Conditions.
V. Impersonate, create a fake, bogus, false, or misleading profile without the consent of the person whose profile is being registered, or use partial information, including using photos of third parties without their permission, or engage in indecent or improper behavior with other members/employees.

d) If UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited receives any complaint against you, and as a result, we suspend/delete your profile in good faith, we shall not be liable to you in any manner, including for any losses, costs, expenses, or consequences, if any.

e) Unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions, either UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited or you may terminate the UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited membership without providing reasons by giving seven (7) days' written notice to the other party. In such cases, any amounts paid by you to UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited up to that date shall be forfeited.

f) Upon the termination or suspension of your UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited membership, your right to use or access the UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited Website/App and its services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions that, by their nature, should survive termination will continue to apply, including disclaimers and limitations of liability. Termination of your access to and use of UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited services will not release you from any obligations that arose prior to such termination.

12. Limitation of liability:

UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited and its office bearers shall, under no circumstances, be liable or responsible to UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited members, their authorized representatives, registrants, or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from the use of our Website/App, third-party websites, or UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited services.
B. UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited informs you that the exchange of profiles through or by UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited should not be interpreted in any way as a matrimonial offer, recommendation, advice, or guarantee provided to UrbanMatch members by UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited.
‍C. Regardless of any conflicting provisions herein, UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited's liability to you for any cause, irrespective of the form of the action.

13. Disclaimer:
 
A. Your utilization of UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited Services or any content is undertaken at your own risk. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE UrbanMatch TECH PRIVATE LIMITED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UrbanMatch TECH PRIVATE LIMITED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited does not guarantee that the Website/App, its servers, or emails sent from UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited are free of viruses or other harmful components. UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited shall not be responsible for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, resulting from the use of this UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited Website/App.

B. UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited does not provide any implicit or explicit guarantee or warranty of marriage or alliance when you choose to register on our Website/App and use UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited services, whether paid or free.

C. Regardless of any contrary provision elsewhere, under no circumstances shall UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for:

i. Any act or omission carried out by UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited, MCL, payment gateway, or alliance partner, etc.
ii. Any untrue or incorrect information submitted by you or on your behalf.
iii. Any decisions made by you or on your behalf, or any consequences thereof, based on information provided by any other user (including the suspension/deletion of the profile from UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited).
iv. Any unauthorized or illegal actions taken by any third party related to or connected with any information submitted by you or on your behalf.
v. Any attempted or committed cybercrime by anyone.
vi. Any incident of force majeure or 'act of God.'
vii. Any issue already stated in these terms and conditions, including the limitation of liability clause of these terms and conditions.
viii. The use or availing of third-party services, such as horoscope matching services, counselling etc., and payment through the Website.
ix. The outcome of any interaction during a meeting, call, SMS, chat, email, or social media posts at any point in time.
x. Any issues related to any technical malfunctions of any telecommunication network, software, hardware failures, network congestion, denial of service, failure due to spamming, or any combination of the above.

D. You explicitly agree that your use of this Website/App/services is solely at your own risk.

E. We are not liable to you for any damage or alteration to your equipment, including but not limited to computer equipment, handheld devices, or mobile telephones, as a result of the installation or use of the app. We are not liable to you for any damage or alteration to your equipment, including but not limited to computer equipment, handheld devices, or mobile telephones, as a result of the installation or use of the app.

Indemnity: By utilizing UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited services, you hereby agree to protect, indemnify, and absolve UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and other associates and employees from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, asserted by any individual due to the improper use of the services provided by UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited. This responsibility for defense and indemnification will remain in effect indefinitely.User is also abiding by the terms & conditions of the affiliates connected with UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited.UrbanMatch Tech Private Limited does not accept or assume any responsibility to any information provided to the User by opposite parties.

15. ‍NOTICES: All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this agreement or in connection herewith shall be given to or made upon as follows:
